Today, we recognize Purple Heart Day by honoring the courageous Americans who were wounded or killed in defense of our country. Their sacrifice is a powerful reminder that our freedom has never come without a cost. We are forever grateful to every Purple Heart recipient and their families. May God bless our veterans, our servicemembers, and the United States of America.

Yesterday in McGregor, Texas, I joined NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman for a tour of the SpaceX rocket development and testing facility.

Central Texas is playing an important role in America's future in space, and it was great to see the innovation and talent helping drive our nation's return to the Moon.
