We are looking for a few wonderful volunteers to help with the Diamond Diva Pageant tomorrow from approximately 9 AM–1 PM at Crestview Church of Christ in Waco. 💎👑

Volunteers are especially needed to help:
📸 Take photos
💄 Do makeup
💇‍♀️ Style hair

This is such a special opportunity to help make these incredible senior women feel celebrated, beautiful, and loved on their big day! 💕

Our Adult Day Center is looking for caring, dependable CNAs and PRN staff to join our team and help support adults with disabilities and seniors in a welcoming, engaging environment. ❤️

Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, taking vital signs, and encouraging clients to participate in activities throughout the day.

A group of participants from our Adult Day Care program recently enjoyed a field trip picnic day, giving them a chance to get out, enjoy a change of scenery, and spend time together outside of their usual routine.

Friends for Life’s Adult Day Care program provides a safe, welcoming place for adults who may need extra support during the day. Through activities, socialization, meals, and caring supervision, participants can stay engaged, connected, and active.

Field trips like this are an important part of the experience. They offer opportunities for social interaction, recreation, independence, new experiences, and simple moments of joy — all while helping participants stay connected to the community around them.

Sometimes the best days are the simple ones: good food, good company, and a little time outdoors. 💛
