RaDad's Cheesecake Kitchen

Getting ready to make my Worlds Famous Lemon/Blueberry Cheesecake! OK so it’s not world famous but it is good! Why don’t you call or text me today and order one and find out just how good it really is! 225-936-2316

I get it. I understand that not everyone likes peanut butter. I don’t understand though when so many people did try my Peanut Butter cheesecake and told me how good it was, and then I only sell one every now and then. 🤷‍♂️ I really thought it would be a popular flavor. I make it on a lightly sweetened graham cracker crust, and then I top it with a, how can I say it, decadent peanut butter ganache. And hey if you love chocolate and peanut butter together just ask me to make it on my Chocolate Teddy Graham crust and top it off with a healthy drizzle of Ghirardelli chocolate sauce. Hers one I delivered today. The customer wanted a regular graham cracker crust but did want the chocolate drizzle. Anyway message or text me today (225)936-2316

Call or text (225)936-2316

I am pleased to report that the Little Debbie Christmas Tree cheesecake is a hit. Absolutely no changes will be made! So as soon as the little Debbie Christmas tree cakes go into the stores this holiday season consider it ON THE MENU!! AND if chocolate is your thing, there will be a Little Debbie chocolate Christmas Tree cheesecake version!!

Well, here’s the finished product the little Debbie Christmas tree cheesecake prototype! The next phase in the process of bringing a new flavor cheesecake to the menu will happen tomorrow when I take it to work and get everyone’s critique.

So I just wanted to explain a little bit of what I do when I want to develop a new cheesecake flavor. Of course it starts with an idea, either my own or a customer. So the first thing I have to determine because I do things the Radad’s way, is whether or not a particular flavor cheesecake can be done my signature way. If I think a particular flavor will work then I will make a prototype cheesecake to take to work. My work family definitely does not mind me using them in this way!!LOL! This way I can get upwards of a dozen or more different people to try it and give me feedback. So today I made a prototype cheesecake flavor that I will be bringing to work Friday to get everyone’s feedback. Keep in mind I have to do this months in advance before I can actually add a cheesecake flavor to the menu. I would personally like to thank Doughty Cooley who suggested last Christmas that I make a Little Debbie Cheesecake. So the photo here is AI generated I will take my own picture of the real deal after I decorate it tomorrow. And then I will keep y’all posted as to whether or not I need to tweak it or whether it’s definitely going on the menu this holiday season.

The cheesecake that started it all! Turtle. I’ve been making this one the longest. In fact for years it was the ONLY one. Give it a try and don’t forget that till the end of this month ALL 9” cheesecakes are $7 off
