Upcoming Class Dates (attendance at all sessions is required to receive your certificate):
• Saturday, July 18: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Tuesday, July 21: 6:00–9:00 PM
• Thursday, July 23: 6:00–9:00 PM

In this course, you'll learn about the homebuying process, financing options, down payment assistance programs, and more.

Building community one conversation at a time!

Gian, our Director of Community Engagement, and Maria, our Community Relations and Engagement Intern, had an amazing time at the Summer Eats event hosted by the Waltham Boys & Girls Club.

We loved connecting with families, sharing resources, and celebrating a program that helps ensure young people have access to nutritious meals throughout the summer.

At WATCH, we believe strong communities are built through connection, support, and showing up for one another. Thank you to the Waltham Boys & Girls Club for bringing the community together and for all you do to support local families. We had an absolute blast and were grateful to be part of such a meaningful event!
