So I have 2 openings in this class 5 weeks $125 New session starts July 21 It is a 45 minute class. Foundation exercises are taught as well as obstacle performance and handling exercises. It is NOT a come run a sequence ..... it is a skillz class. It is instructon. Teaching the pieces !
