The GRACE Project

We want to extend a HUGE thank you to
Britt James and for their incredible support of The Grace Project! ❤️

Not only have they continued to generously provide clothing for our outreach efforts whenever we’re in need, but tonight they showed up with 200 compassion bags for us to distribute directly to those we serve.

This is what community is all about. There is so much power in organizations coming together, sharing resources, and working toward one common goal: showing up for people who need it most.

We’re incredibly grateful for organizations like Philly Unknown who understand that when we work together, our impact reaches so much further.

Thank you, Britt and the entire Philly Unknown team, for believing in what we do and helping us continue to restore hope through acts of kindness. 🤍

One day a week can make a big difference. 🌻🌟

Every week we bring food, water, and clothing to our neighbors on Kensington. Our volunteer work is much more than simply handing out supplies, it is about making the people in our community feel valued and not forgotten. 💛

There is always more for us to do and we need your help! If being part of this change is for you please check our link tree in our bio to sign up to volunteer, send donations, and to learn more about our cause. 🔆

Thank you to our incredible volunteers for making another Thursday outreach a success. Your dedication and compassion continue to make a meaningful difference in our community.

We'd also like to extend a special thank you to our friend the_brittjames from phillyunknown.project for generously donating clothing. Collaborations like these remind us that when we come together to support one another, we build a stronger community. 💛✨

THANK YOU AURIE!!! 🙏🏻💕🥹

Happy June 1st! As the warmer weather is finally approaching we need your help gathering some summer clothes to give out during our weekly outreach. Please share, comment, or message if you have clothes you’re willing to part with and we will get you connected with a volunteer or board member to coordinate drop off/pick up!

To all the wonderful mothers out there, we see you and we appreciate you💖

When we show up, things change✨

Last night was a perfect example of what our volunteers do best: showing up, soaking in the weather, and creating positive change to help our community feel truly seen. We’d love to have you with us—visit our site to sign up and join our next outreach!

This is what impact looks like. We’re taking a look back on our journey with the community, and we’re still just getting started.
We need more hands, more hearts, and more people like YOU.
