Crooks Realty Group

We believe that leadership isn't just a title - it’s a commitment to the growth and the well-being of others. Today, I am incredibly honored to introduce our 2026 Associate Leadership Council!

The ALC is the highest honor an agent can achieve within our walls. These seats are reserved for the top 20% of our producers, but the role goes far beyond production. These women serve as the voice of our agents. They hold the voting power, inspect our financials, and act as the stewards of our brokerage’s future.

Please join me in congratulating these four leaders and their missions in 2026:

✨ Kate, Leading Culture: Guarding the heart of our mission and ensuring we continue to give back to the community that sustains us.

✨ Stacie, Leading Growth: Leading the charge to expand our KW family with purpose and intentionality.

✨ Lauren, Leading Finance: Protecting the profitability and the solid foundation that allows each of our agents’ businesses to thrive.

✨ Carolyn, Leading Agent Advocacy: Serving as the essential voice for our agents, ensuring every individual is heard, valued, and supported.

Congratulations to each of you! We are eager to see the ripple effects of your passion flow through this year!
