While everyday American's are struggling to afford groceries, prescription drugs, rent/mortgage OR to retire, CEO's got a huge pay raise. The 2026 AFL-CIO Executive Paywatch report shows the highest-EVER level of executive compensation in three decades of tracking—not including Elon Musk’s $158.3 billion pay package—a figure so high it would have skewed the data on its own.

Check the report out below:

AFL-CIO Report Shows Top CEOs Made 312 Times Workers' Pay in 2025 | AFL-CIO New research shows S&P 500 CEOs received $22.8 million on average in 2025, a 21% increase from the previous year, while working people struggle to make ends meet.

It was an honor to join President Clayola Brown and the A.Phillip Randolph Institute family at the 55th National Education Conference. Rooted in Legacy...Rising in Power 💙💛💪🏾💪🏾 The family represented well!

The earth shifted yesterday when we lost Vonda McDaniel.

Vonda was a giant.

A visionary LEADER.

A Woman of Steel.

An outside the box thinker.

A cultivator of the next generation of labor leaders.

So many of us stand on her shoulders, including me. Thank you for your unwavering, stoic and inspirational service to working people, Sister. Rest well and well done, good and faithful servant 💜
