Our team runs internal TechTalks.
From time to time, our engineers, PMs, and HR sit down for an open discussion, not a lecture, on a topic the team picks itself.
This time: AI tools in daily work.
Claude turned out to be the clear daily driver across the team, replacing tools that were “default” a year ago. But the more interesting part wasn’t which tool won. It was where AI still breaks: messy logic on large codebases, tokens burned chasing the wrong file, teams re-learning that someone still has to stay in the loop.

Today is Ukraine’s Independence Day, and for DevKit, it’s not just another date on the calendar 🇺🇦
Ukraine is part of who we are, woven into our story, our team, and the way we work, especially through the people who help build this company every day.
We’re proud of our Ukrainian colleagues who keep delivering excellent work for clients around the world, with a resilience that continues to inspire the rest of us.
Happy Independence Day, Ukraine.

💬 Meet Myroslava Chmykh, HR Manager at DevKit.
Myroslava’s journey into IT started with curiosity. Surrounded by friends working in tech, she decided to learn, took courses, and found her place in an industry that never stops evolving.
What inspires her most today? Not just AI itself, but how it helps people. She believes automation should take care of routine tasks so we can spend more time on what truly matters — our growth, hobbies, friends, and family.
🎯 Take a look at Myroslava’s short interview and get to know the person behind the role.

Great client relationships don’t happen by accident. They’re built through experience, communication, and continuous learning.
At DevKit, we regularly host TechTalks, where teammates share practical knowledge from real projects.
This time, Alina, Project Manager at DevKit, led a session on working directly with clients.
After the TechTalk, we sat down with her to continue the conversation and dive deeper into the lessons behind successful client relationships.

💬 What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned from working with clients?

Today, we’re celebrating the youngest members of the DevKit family ❤️
Behind every call, deadline, and project, there are people. And for many of us, there are also little dreamers, explorers, builders, and future innovators waiting at home.
This Children’s Day, we shared a few small gifts and received something much bigger in return: smiles, excitement, and these wonderful moments.
May their smiles stay bright, and their dreams reach even higher!
Happy Children’s Day to all the little ones who make our world brighter ✨
Today is International Burger Day 🍔
Originally, burgers became popular because they combined something simple and convenient with a structure that could scale fast, from small diners to global chains.
And honestly, software products work pretty much the same way.
From the outside, a product can look clean and simple.
But inside, everything depends on the quality of each layer: communication, engineering, AI integration, delivery processes, and business alignment.
So today we decided to turn our workflow into a Tech Burger and visualize what actually keeps strong product delivery together.
Because scalable products, just like good burgers, are built layer by layer.

Scaling across Europe sounds exciting… until teams start noticing something weird 👀
The product is growing.
The team is growing.
But releases somehow become slower and less predictable.
Usually the problem isn’t a lack of engineers.
It’s:
• fragmented processes
• async communication
• cross-market dependencies
• delivery systems that weren’t built for scale ⚙️
Our CPO, Vladyslav Solodovnychenko, shared a quick breakdown of what creates delivery friction during European scaling 📈
[email protected]
What people say about communication often makes sense.
But in delivery, it rarely fixes anything.
You can add more meetings, more people, more syncs —
and still not improve the product.
Because delivery doesn’t fail in meetings.
It fails in behavior.
The biggest shift I’ve seen is simple:
stop tracking meetings, start tracking reactions when things go wrong.
Do risks appear immediately?
Or only on the next call?
That one difference changes everything.
Healthy communication is not frequency.
It’s speed of truth.
Let’s break down 5 signs I look for as a CPO.
[email protected]
You hired strong engineers and set up processes.
So why are deadlines still missed?
Here are three real reasons we see across teams:
Your team is overloaded with tasks at once: bugs, new features, ongoing product work. Constant context switching slows everything down.
There’s no dedicated AI expertise. Building AI products requires a different skill set, and delivery always reveals that gap.
Team expansion happens too late. By the time new people are hired and onboarded, the opportunity is already lost.
In most cases, the team isn’t the problem. The structure is.
Companies that deliver on time aren’t necessarily bigger. They just have the right setup and the right people focused on the right things.
If shipping delays sound familiar, let’s talk about how to build a stable dev team faster.
