172 Representatives in Congress just signed a letter to Delta management urging them to remain neutral in our organizing campaign.

“We strongly encourage Delta to respect the rights of these workers by pledging to follow the law and not interfere in any union organizing activities or engage in intimidation, retaliation, or other forms of illegal interference through the adoption of a neutrality agreement.”

This is huge. Lawmakers are sending a clear message to management that union busting won’t fly – and they’re doing everything possible to support our right to organize under the law.

Management protects management. Flight Attendants protect Flight Attendants, that’s why we are organizing to protect each other, with due process for all.
