Technology is rapidly reshaping much of our world, so we are excited to share that Alex Jones, who co-founded the world’s #1 prayer app, Hallow, will be joining us at the 2026 Catholic Partnership Summit to help Catholic leaders understand ways to leverage emerging technology to support faith formation and renewal. Alex co-founded Hallow in 2018 after returning to his Catholic faith, building the app he himself needed in that moment. Hallow is grounded in the conviction that entrepreneurship aligned with Catholic Social Teaching can be a force for good. It has more than 30 million downloads and more than 1 billion prayers prayed.

Catholics across Louisiana are providing coordinated support for communities in need during emergencies through resilience hubs called "community lighthouses" that offer residents in need access to solar power to charge devices and access cooling as well as food.
Facing the threat of natural disasters, Catholics and other groups are creating resilience hubs that help people survive. Catholics are uniquely positioned to offer these hubs, because of Catholic social teaching, and because a parish is already a geographic entity wherein Catholic institutions are responsible for the well-being of every soul—not only sacramentally but also materially.

We are excited to share that Matthew Harvey Sanders, the founder and CEO of Longbeard — creator of Magisterium AI — will be joining us to speak at the 2026 Catholic Partnership Summit! Matthew brings to the Summit a first-hand builder’s perspective on AI and its implications for the Church. Sanders envisioned an LLM faithful to Church teaching, so he built Magisterium AI using a specialized library of Catholic documents, and it has become the world’s no. 1 answer engine for the Catholic faith. For leaders in the room, Matthew offers a critical frame for building AI literacy while keeping Church teaching and institutional purpose in view as technology reshapes how we work.

Meet Betsy Bohlen! Elizabeth (Betsy) Bohlen understands how to turn strategy into practice within a complex Catholic organization. A former McKinsey partner, Betsy is Chief Operating Officer of the Archdiocese of Chicago, where she has served since 2011, bringing organizational best practices and leadership to serve the mission of the Church. Betsy’s work sits at the intersection of governance, organizational strategy, and pastoral priorities, allowing her to offer leaders in the room both a practical perspective on navigating challenging situations and a clear understanding of why standards-based management provides a foundation of mission.
