Chef Alfredo is serious in the kitchen; creating perfectly plated, exquisite dishes that will have you swooning.
As we quickly approach the Summer Solstice, he wants you to enjoy a light, cool and airy meal, without working up a sweat. So, if you're finding the days to be too hot, join us for a soup and salad dinner that will go above and beyond your expectations.
The new Burrata salad is literally everyone's favorite dish on the menu, and goes hand in hand with his new creamy tomato gazpacho. Smiles and happiness are a guaranteed result of your first bites. There's a lot of "mmmmmmms" happening at Henceforth right now, come see what all the noise is about.

We are embracing summer with lighter brews and Chef Alfredo's new dishes that pop with color and brightness of fruit.
Enjoy a dinner that begins with lamb lollipops, our new burrata salad or tomato squash soup, then order a heaping bowl of Curry Mussels or pork belly garnished with pineapple.
No matter what dishes you choose, you'll smile and say mmmm with each bite. We are endlessly grateful for Chef Alfredo's elevated and romantic cuisine.

It's almost National Cheese Day (June 4) and we want to take a moment to celebrate all things cheese with our in-house, expert Cheesemonger, Kara of .
Kara will be introducing three new cheeses to the menu this month, so make sure to check out the new additions (and stay tuned for cheese introduction videos too).
But first, Kara is training for the "Cheese Olympics" and she's giving you even more of an excuse to eat cheese.
