Holiday weekends call for special treatment, and what better way to indulge than with the Riggs Plateau: a lavish seafood tower featuring oysters, shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare, rockfish ceviche, and our signature cucumber with caviar.

Bright, vibrant, and layered with texture. Our Rockfish Ceviche pairs fresh citrus-marinated rockfish with avocado mousse, chili, and a crispy quinoa for a refreshing start to any meal.

We highly recommend trading the usual desk lunch for soaring ceilings, sunlit tables, and bites from Café Riggs.

One thing we'll always toast to? Martini Monday. The perfect post-work indulgence, served beneath the grandeur of our historic bank tellers hall.
