🚨 The High School Scholars Competition is open for the 2026 AMIA Annual Symposium.

The competition invites high school students doing biomedical and health informatics research to submit their work. Selected scholars present alongside the researchers, clinicians, and innovators who shape the field, with a dedicated session, educational activities, and networking built just for them.

The AMIA/HL7 FHIR App Competition brings the most innovative, practical FHIR implementations to the 2026 Annual Symposium. A panel of FHIR experts from HL7 and AMIA selects about nine apps to present live in Dallas. You get eight minutes and a room full of the researchers, clinicians, and industry leaders who can help your work reach its next users, collaborators, and champions.

Amplify Informatics Conference returns to Atlanta, April 12–15, bringing together clinical and translational research informaticians. The program is being built right now, and there are three ways your expertise can help shape it:
