A win for the Great Lakes! The Michigan Supreme Court has thrown out a key permit for Enbridge's proposed Line 5 tunnel, requiring regulators to take a harder look at the project's environmental impacts.

This is an important step toward protecting our waters, honoring Tribal rights, and holding polluters accountable. The fight isn't over, but today is a reminder that people standing together can make a difference. 💙

Keeping athletes and spectators hydrated without the waste!

Thanks to a grant from The Rockfall Foundation Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund's ReThink Disposable program purchased a portable water-filling station to help reduce single-use plastic water bottles at events across Middlesex County, CT.

Last week at the Cedar Lake Triathlon in Chester, Rockfall Foundation staff stopped by to see the station in action, and enjoy some cold, filtered water themselves!

We're grateful for Rockfall Foundation's support in helping make refill, not landfill, the easy choice for our communities.

Congress should be strengthening protections from toxic chemicals—not weakening them.

A new proposal would roll back key provisions of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), making it harder for the EPA to protect our health from dangerous chemicals linked to cancer, liver damage, and other serious health impacts. These safeguards exist to prevent toxic chemicals from ending up in our water, our homes, and our communities.
