Interior design specializing in ADHD, anxiety + sensory sensitivities. Creating spaces that help you feel calm, clear + connected.

I Believe Your Space Affects Your Emotions. Your space should do more than look beautiful. It should support your emotional well-being. There’s psychology behind how a space feels, flows, and functions, and that affects how you feel every day. You don’t need a diagnosis to want peace. You just need a space that honors how you live, think, and feel. That’s why I design with purpose, tailoring each environment to fit the way you live, think, and feel. I blend psychology, sensory awareness, color theory, and Feng Shui to create spaces that feel relaxed, organized, and aligned with you. Comfort starts in the home, and the right environment can help you feel more focused, calm, and in control.

Everything you own disappears the second you can’t see it. So you leave it all out.

Now you’ve built your whole identity around being the messy one. You’ve adapted to it, made peace with it, maybe even convinced yourself you like it that way.

But you don’t like how it feels. You just like that it works.

This is what ADHD looks like when you’re trying to survive in a world built for different brains. The organizing industry never gives you a third option because they don’t understand ADHD.

Your ADHD brain doesn’t retain what it can’t see.

That’s why normal organizing will never work for you. It’s not about discipline. It’s just not built for your brain.

Most home advice starts with what your space should look like.

But when you have ADHD, you have to think about how your brain is going to function in that space.

Because you can have a beautiful home and still lose your keys every morning. You can have plenty of storage and still have piles everywhere. You can have an organized kitchen and still forget what you bought until you find it expired in the back of the fridge.

These things can make you feel like you’re terrible at keeping up with your home, when a lot of the time, the setup just isn’t supporting your ADHD.

That’s what I’ve spent years studying as an interior designer with ADHD, and it’s the foundation of the method I use with my private clients.

I turned that method into a step-by-step course so you can learn how to see your own home through an ADHD lens and make decisions based on what your brain needs instead of what you think your home is supposed to look like.

You don’t need to try harder at keeping up with your home. You need a home that’s easier for you to keep up with.

There’s so much more to ADHD than what people see.

🚨You may not realize how sensitive you are to your environment.

It’s why certain restaurants make you want to leave after an hour. Why you can only spend so much time in a crowded store. Why some places make you feel uncomfortable and you can’t even explain why.

Your ADHD brain takes in so much of what’s around you. You notice more. You feel more.

And your home is the place you spend more time in than anywhere else.

So if you’re this affected by other environments, imagine how much your own home is affecting you when it isn’t set up for you.

Your home is supposed to be your sanctuary.

My kids are wildly overqualified for this. 😂

We spend so much time thinking about self-care as something we do outside our home.

Therapy. Exercise. Eating well. Taking care of our bodies.

But what about the place where you wake up every morning and come back to every night?

The overhead light you refuse to turn on.

The couch that has never actually been comfortable.

The drawer you have to fight with daily.

The room you avoid because you never feel quite right in there.

None of these things seem like a big deal on their own. So you adjust. You work around them. You get used to them.

And eventually, you stop noticing how much you’re accommodating your home instead of your home accommodating you.

Your home should feel good to live in.

It should support the way you function during the day, the way your brain works, and the way your body feels in the space.

Your home should take care of you too.
