Love God, love people, reach the lost, and make disciples. Washington First Assembly is about connection. We are a place where faith connects to community. W.
We believe that there is more to Christianity than just going through religious rites and rituals. We believe that God's desire is to have a personal relationship with us. At WFA we connect the truth of scripture with everyday life. We are a nontraditional church in our worship. We value each generation of attendee. Whether you are young or old we have something here at WFA for you. WFA is pastored by Rev. David Watson a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God USA for over 16 years. Pastor Dave and his family began their pastorate here at WFA in February of 2014. Pastor Dave has served as a student ministry pastor, associate pastor and youth/children's pastor. Prior to pastoring he was a music education teacher in the Dyer County and Hayti R2 School districts. Come check us out at 1602 E. Washington St. Washington Iowa 52353

What happens when God gives ordinary people a vision to rebuild something that seems impossible?
In Nehemiah 3, we discover that rebuilding the walls wasn’t about one person doing everything—it was about everyone doing their part.
God still has a blueprint for His Kingdom, and there’s a place for you in it.
Join us this Sunday at Washington First Assembly as we discover what Nehemiah 3 teaches us about purpose, teamwork, and building what matters.
