A smart estimating app built to change your game.
Check Tally — the smart estimating app built by contractors, for contractors.
Tally optimizes paperwork, spreadsheets, and late-night estimating with one simple workflow — all in one app. It’s designed around how estimating actually happens: on the job site, during the walkthrough.
Just set your pricing once, walk the job, and speak your scope. Tally transcribes everything in real time and turns it into a complete estimate automatically:
• Scope – Capture room-by-room work as you walk
• Takeoff – Measurements and counts calculated instantly
• Estimate – Labor, materials, and costs applied every time
• Proposal – Client-ready bids you can send on the spot
Everything flows from a single walkthrough.
No double entry. No missed details. No wasted nights.
The result?
✔ Less time estimating
✔ Fewer mistakes
✔ Faster bids
✔ More jobs won
Tally isn’t more software to manage —
It’s a better way to estimate.

Most estimating problems don’t start on bid day.
They start after the walkthrough.
• Rebuilding scope.
• Fixing math.
• Missing details.
• Losing time and jobs.
Tally turns your walkthrough into an estimate instantly.
Scope, takeoff, estimate, and proposal. All done on-site.
Stop estimating the hard way.

Everybody thinks painting is easy until the prep starts.
Windows get missed. Doors don’t get counted.
You think you’ll remember… until you get home and start guessing.
That’s where money gets lost.
We changed our process by capturing everything during the walkthrough, not after.
One walkthrough. No guessing. Better estimates.

Most contractors lose jobs online because they’re actually not online.
Homeowners today start their search on Google, not in the phone book. They check photos, reviews, and recent projects before making a call.
But too many contractors rely only on word of mouth, or post once every few months, and wonder why the phone’s not ringing.
If people can’t find you, they can’t hire you.
Here’s what works instead 👇
✨ Keep your Google profile updated. That’s where real leads start.
✨ Post project photos regularly. Proof builds trust.
✨ Ask for reviews after every job. They sell better than ads.
✨ Be consistent. Credibility grows with visibility.
The best work in the world doesn’t matter if no one can see it.
Every contractor knows the chaos of a walkthrough.
You’re juggling the client conversation, your clipboard, and a dozen things to remember, only to realize later that you missed something.
With Tally, walkthroughs become smarter. You capture every space, every note, and never lose time (or money) to small mistakes again.
