Tonight is the last Tuesday evening for this group ... beginning in July we will be meeting on the 2nd MONDAY each month at 6:30 pm at the Gladys E. Kelly Library.
The Saturday morning group will have a summer location for July and August - 10:00 am at Generations in the East Main Plaza.

Join us for an escape to peacefulness.
This month Qigong and Meditation, with Dawna Salkewicz, will be held on the 3rd Tuesday, March 19th at 6:00 p.m.
Open to all - free for patients, survivors and their caregivers / families.

Mother Nature provides an abundance of plants, roots and bark in our area which are perfect for creating your own "natural medicine cabinet". Join us for a workshop filled with remedies for everything from calming a cough to relieving the itch of poison ivy.
