On Friday, March 6 from 6–7:30pm, join us for our Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath – All Levels Special Event ($40) at Stepping Stone Studios.

Your evening begins with 45 minutes of gentle yoga led by Jennifer Cooper — slow, supportive movement designed to release built-up tension and help you breathe more deeply. Then, Jill Briansky will guide you into a 45-minute immersive sound bath, using gongs, flute, and other instruments to create calming vibrations that fill the room and resonate throughout your body. Many describe it as deeply meditative, grounding, and surprisingly powerful.

If you’ve been meaning to carve out time for yourself, this is your sign.
