The Banchet Awards are an annual celebration of culinary excellence, bringing together Chicago’s chefs, culinary and beverage professionals, and restaurant enthusiasts to celebrate the people and places shaping Chicagoland’s hospitality industry.
This year is an especially meaningful one as the awards celebrate their 25th year, with the event honoring two Chicago legends: Chef Paul Kahan with the Culinary Excellence Award and Manny's Deli with the Iconic Restaurant Award.
