This is an excellent article and a very impressive results clearly for the meticulous surgery and dissection. However, the nerve bundles are resected, on one side and I’m sure all additional small branches which likely leads to the lack of later growth and clearly the IP joints will not be bending and the MPS have some intrinsic driven flexion I would love to have a functional assessment of these patients, but certainly these results look impressive. What do you think?
Cast saw but it’s not really a saw. It just vibrates if you hold it steady and just push it actually tickles I always like to show patients on my own arm before I put it on theirs

After 2,000 cycles of 20 N loading, the cortical screws averaged significantly less movement than the IMS screws. Does this change what you use? 🦴👍 March JHS
