There are 37 new bestsellers, 27 new audiobooks, 103 new children's books, and 215 other new books, including 46 that are available online.
The new bestsellers this week include "Whistler," "Big Little Truths," and "Mad Mabel."

Calling all Tweens!!!!
WSPL Teens will be running a new robotics mentorship program starting in October and are looking for interested tweens (ages 9-12) who want to participate. The teen volunteers will guide the participants in learning to code and build working robots in small groups. Drop by the Youth Room or give them a call to sign up!!!

Still spots left to sign up for a gently yoga flow! Join J from Nest of Peace Yoga and experience gentle, supported poses with mindful breathing. All levels welcome, no previous experience necessary. BYO mat, blanket, blocks and other props.

From pumpkins ready for painting and trucks to explore to delicious slices of pizza, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We loved seeing so many families and community members come together to celebrate the season.
A special thank-you to the West Springfield Board of Library Trustees and the Carnegie Foundation gift for helping make this event possible. We are also grateful to the many community partners, volunteers, and supporters whose time, energy, and collaboration created such a memorable afternoon.
Thank you as well to everyone who took the time to contribute to our strategic-planning survey. Your feedback will help shape the future of the West Springfield Public Library—supporting our building, programs, services, and the needs of our community for years to come.

We are asking one last time, if you haven't already, please fill out our strategic plan survey for 2026.
We'd like input from as many varied groups as possible. So, no matter where or how you get your library materials, let us know what we can do for the West Springfield community in your opinion and please feel free to share!
