We are excited to team up once again with our trusted partners, Valley Community Development and Austin Design, to tackle this major renovation. Together, we will be converting the former Econo Lodge building into 50 affordable apartments.

By taking an existing hotel space and reshaping it into accessible homes, we are working together to address the critical need for affordable housing in our local community.

We recently partnered with Overlook Industries in Easthampton and Dietz & Company Architects to turn an existing 11,000 sq foot metal building into a modern space for company expansion.

We took the structure down to its bones, completely transforming the interior with a full office build-out, handling everything from framing, drywall, and ACT ceilings to flooring and crisp final finishes. Beyond the aesthetics, we completely overhauled the infrastructure, upgrading the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems to handle their growing operations.

Constructing a specialized, high-tech clean room to support their technical manufacturing needs, all wrapped up with exterior enhancements that gave the building a fresh, functional new look.
