Ghost Hit Recording, previously located in Holyoke, MA, has recently moved to West Springfield, MA to a state-of-the-art 3,000 sq. (Pictures and new information coming soon! At the heart of the studio is a DDA AMR 24 analog console, as well as a Pro Tools HD system featuring an Apogee Symphony I/O, Avid HD I/O, and Dangerous Monitor ST. GHR is wired with an Aviom cue system for full artist control of playback while tracking. Ghost Hit Recording is home to Grammy-nominated recording and mix engineer Andrew Oedel. Andrew has worked with clients from all over the world, including numerous Grammy award winners, The Voice winner Brynn Cartelli, and America’s Got Talent “Golden Buzzer” winner Mandy Harvey. He has led audio workshops for colleges including NYU Steinhardt, CUNY Brooklyn College, UMass Amherst and University of Rhode Island. Andrew has worked with artists including Anderson .Paak, Josh Dun (Twenty One Pilots), Rachael Price (Lake Street Dive), Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith (Dawes), Watsky, Heather Maloney, Los Elk, Seth Glier, Alastair Moock, and The Meadows Brothers.
