The new three-story porches are putting the finishing touches on the exterior transformation at Wright’s Block.

Spanning the rear of the building, they add significant outdoor space to the apartments while giving the property an entirely new presence from the back.

The new three-story wood porch structure is taking shape above the existing building while drywall crews continue making steady progress throughout the apartment units below, making the most of the summer construction season.

It's one of those points in a project where the structural vision and the interior spaces start coming together all at once.
