SEPTEMBER 19, 2026, WELCOME TO ANOTHER VERY HOT SUNDAY AFTERNOON. IT'S BEEN A VERY BUSY WEEK. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF OFF AND ON WORKING, THE GUYS FINALLY WERE ABLE TO FINISH INSTALLING A NEW SHOWER IN OUR BATHROOM! NOW TO FINISH CLEANING UP AND RE-ORGANIZING! BESIDES THAT, THERE IS ALWAYS A DELAY IN GETTING YOUR ORDER! AFTER WAITING AND PRAYING FOR IT TO ARRIVE, THEY LOST IT! WHICH PUTS ME IN A BIND AS TO HOW TO MAKE A SUBSTITUTE! OF COURSE, THAT'S JUST A NORMAL SITUATION FOR ANYONE WHO RUNS A BUSINESS. YOU CAN NEVER HAVE A NORMAL WEEK! MY WEEK STARTS TOMORROW WITH ANOTHER 100-SERVING SHEET CAKE BEING PICKED UP EARLY IN THE MORNING. OH WELL, I HAD NOTHING ELSE TO DO ON AN EARLY MONDAY MORNING!!! I HAD TO TURN DOWN SEVERAL MORE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THE DATES THEY WANTED WERE ALREADY BOOKED! ORDER EARLY! REMEMBER TO ALWAYS BE KIND TO EACH OTHER AND SPREAD THE LOVE! IT ACTUALLY FEELS REALLY GOOD! STAY SAFE AND WELL!

SEPTEMBER 12, 2026, SORRY ABOUT BEING REALLY LATE, BUT MY FACEBOOK PAGE DECIDED TO LOCK UP EVERY TIME I STARTED TO NAME THE PICTURES. I WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW. IT'S BEEN A VERY LONG WEEK. I WILL WRITE MORE AFTER I NAME MY PICTURES. MY COMPUTER AND I WILL HAVE A VERY LONG DISCUSSION AS TO WHO'S THE BOSS! TAKE CARE AND STAY SAFE, AND LOVE EACH OTHER!

SEPTEMBER 5, 2026, HAPPY LABOR DAY TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! SORRY I'M A LITTLE LATE BUT I'VE HAD A LOT OF THINGS TO DO TODAY. IT WAS A VERY BUSY WEEK PLUS THE WATER WAS OFF FOR SEVERAL HOURS THURSDAY EVENING WHICH DIDN'T HELP AT ALL. BUT THAT'S THE WAY LIFE GOES SOMETIMES. THIS WEEK WILL BE EVEN BUSIER. TO ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT I HAVE HAD TO SAY "NO" TO FOR CERTAIN DATES FOR THIS MONTH AND NEXT MONTH, I'M SORRY!! WHEN I'M COMPLETELY BOOKED FOR THOSE DATES, I CANNOT AND WILL NOT ADD MORE TO THEM. I CANNOT EXIST WITH ONLY A FEW HOURS SLEEP. THAT'S WHY I ALWAYS SAY TO ORDER EARLY (LIKE A MONTH, TWO MONTHS OR MORE AHEAD OF TIME)! I CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH! TAKE CARE AND STAY SAFE WHILE YOU ARE ENJOYING AN EXTRA DAY OFF FROM WORK! REMEMBER TO BE KIND TO EACH OTHER!

SEPTEMBER 29, 2026, HAPPY SUNDAY TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! I'm early for once, but I have a ton of things to do. It doesn't seem like much, but having to make and decorate 3 100 serving cakes in different flavors does take some time to do. A lot of work has to be done ahead of time to get these cakes done. This week is a very full week starting early Tuesday morning. The following week ending September 12th and the week ending in September 19th are completely booked. Order early because the weeks are filling up fast. Take care and be kind to each other.

August 22, 2026, GOOD SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! These are the only cake and cupcakes that I did for this week. I already had planned to take some very much needed time off this week. I just had not planned on the two funerals so soon. This week will be very busy and so will the next few weeks. Remember to order early. Love one another as much as you can. There are no guarantees about tomorrow. Stay safe and healthy!

AUGUST 15, 2026, HAPPY SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! Sorry about being late. It's been a very busy and stressful past two weeks. With a very sad and heavy heart, I have to announce the passing of one dearly loved brother-in-law on the 7th, and another beloved brother-in-law yesterday morning, the 14th. Both of them were awesome brothers and will be dearly missed. Therefore, I am taking this week off. I will be back to work on the 24th with the rest of August and most of September already completely booked. Remember to be kind to family, friends and most of all to everyone! We need more love than ever before! Stay safe and healthy!

AUGUST 8, 2026, GOOD AFTERNOON TO ALL OF MY WONDERFUL CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES!!! It was a very busy week with taking orders and working on the existing ones. This next week is even busier! Remember to order at least 2 to3 weeks in advance because the months are getting filled up really fast. There's only so much that I can do. Always be kind to each other. A small kind gesture can make a huge difference in someone's life. Stay safe and healthy!

JULY 1, 2026, GOOD AFTERNON TO ALL OF MY AWESOME CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! Officially August is here with Back-to-School either starting tomorrow or literally right around the corner. In other words, it will be starting a different schedule for everyone! It doesn't look like I did anything this week, but the big cake took a while to do. Several more weekends were added to the NO MORE ORDERS weekends. ORDER EARLY; OTHERWISE, I WILL HAVE TO TURN YOU DOWN! I have quite a few weekends coming up that have several LARGE time-consuming cakes to do. They all require accents that have to be made ahead of time. Remember to spread MORE KINDNESS, FRIENDSHIP AND MOST OF ALL LOVE!!

JULY 25, 2025, GOOD AFTERNOON TO ALL OF MY WONDERFUL CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! It was a very busy week for sure! At the beginning of the week, I was alternately doing estimates for 3 cakes at the same time. It got to be very interesting at times, but I did get all of the orders. It doesn't seem like I was doing very many cakes, but 2 of the cakes were 75 servings, the other was a 50 serving and the last was 40 servings. Those 75 serving ones take a lot more time and icing than the other ones. This next week will be busy doing prep work for a large cake. I have already closed 3 weekends in August with another one on the verge, one weekend in September with another one on the verge, 3 weekends in October, and another weekend in November for this year, with 2 more weekends about to be added to the list. I WILL NOT take any more orders for those weekends at all. Most of the cakes are rather large and time consuming! Any extra cakes, cupcakes or cookies added to them will cause me to have to work longer hours, and a get lot less sleep which are not in my vocabulary anymore at all. Order ahead of time because everyone will be treated the same. NO EXCEPTIONS! Stay safe and healthy!

July 18, 2026, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! Sorry about being late but I had family over yesterday which meant no computer time at all! I had to limit my orders this week due to some last-minute commitments. Plus, I was taking orders and making sure that I had them all in the computer. It's too late to add to this week for sure.
The rest of these dates are not available at all:
JULY 30TH, JULY 31ST, AND AUGUST 1ST; AUGUST 14TH AND AUGUST 15TH; AUGUST 28TH AND AUGUST 29TH; SEPTEMBER 11TH AND SEPTEMBER 12TH; OCTOBER 9TH AND OCTOBER 10TH; OCTOBER 17TH; AND OCTOBER 30TH AND 31ST!!!!!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ASKING BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE GIVING IN!! These are big cakes with a lot of work that has to be done ahead of time. That is the main reason that I always mention to ORDER IN ADVANCE!
