$20 off for any client, new or returning on ANY service.
As I expand my hours of business, I'm seeking out people who have been struggling with feeling at ease in their bodies in the Denver Metro area. If you've had a pain in your neck, or even just have been having a tumultuous time of stress and anxiety; I am more than happy to hold space for you and provide relief with therapeutic massage. I offer complimentary hot stones, essential oils, C*D, cupping, and hot towels to make your massage as impactful as possible. Combining 8 years of experience and techniques, each session is completely tailored to complete the client's goals.

** Discount cannot be combined with any other discount, one time use only per client, offer ends 10/18 and session must be booked after 9/9**

Have you been impacted by Denver Colorado's intense end of summer concert season? Is your low back screaming from standing for four hours plus every weekend? Are you exhausted from having too many social activities every weekend? 🚨

If so, reach out to your local massage therapist today for a tune up to make sure you can get to every show, get through it happily and not sell those tickets because you're "getting old". ⏳

As an LMT and yoga teacher, who absolutely loves live music myself- I can even provide stretches for your at home regimen dialed in to what stabilizing muscles we use for these extended periods on our feet. I can use hot stones to melt away the sore spots, and give you a sliver of time to pour back into yourself before you pour your heart out on the dance floor.

Link in bio to book! Show me a concert pic from the last two months (July and August) at your session and I'll give you $15 off your total service. This deal will be available until the last day of September.

Has your neck been hurting from staring down at your phone lately? Take some time over the next week in the evenings to stare up at the sky ! There will be the Perseids Meteor shower peaking on Wednesday evening, and continuing on through the next week🌠☄️🌌

Gazing upward strengthens the anterior neck muscles and relaxes the dense posterior neck muscles. I recommend tilting your head backwards, and slowly exploring the range of motion by putting your left ear to your left shoulder, then slowly bringing your head back to the center, and vice versa. With an estimated 50-100 shooting stars an hour, I assure you you won't be bored with these views 🙏

Photos are from some amateur astrophotography I did back in Upstate NY- 2015 and last pic is from crested butte CO-2026✨

If your neck pain isn't reduced after these night stretches, I have openings through the end of August🌀

Testimonial Tuesday! 🎉

Peep these lovely folks' reviews I've received over the years, if you have been curious about what my therapeutic body work feels like.

I have openings this week and next! ✨✨✨

Check out the online booking link in my bio to get yourself started on your self love journey today!

Good morning 🌞 have you been pondering massage therapy but worried about the costs? Look no further. At Entheos Healing, my goal is to be able to serve up delicious, luxurious spa tier level treatments that are all inclusive for a fair price.

That means YES you get free hot stones, free C*D, free cupping, free essential oils and hot towels if you choose. I personally believe if you're going to take 1-2 hours of self care a month, which is an investment, it should be cost efficient for your time in today's economy.

Additionally, I have slight discounts that honor clients that want to come in regularly to show the appreciation for supporting a small business, and encourage you to continue regular self care as maintenance. Rather than only coming in AFTER you've been in pain.

I'll take care of you 💅 DM, text, call, email if you have any questions or to book a session today.

Link in bio to book as well! Try something new and pour into your own cup!

Hello facebook!!!

I've made a new Google business page for Entheos Healing LLC, as I have transitioned into a new location in Wheat Ridge, CO. If you have received therapeutic massage or taken a yoga class by me, leaving a review here would mean the world to me! ❤️

The more reviews a business has, the higher up on search pages it will appear. Thus, generating more traffic to the page, and more business to the company in return.

Appreciate y'all!
