Next update for the Sterling's build series!

This video was just it's emissions test, but it's one of the only times I have a video of someone else driving it, so I wanted to share.

It didn't pass, we needed to put stock injectors back in.

This was one of earliest steps after the trip home from Washington DC to get it ready for it's build.

To recap, I had been searching for a truck to build into a capable vehicle for my business. I flew out, bought this Sterling, and drove it 2000 miles home. Follow along if you want to see all the fabrication projects that are scheduled. Custom flatbed, boxes, headache rack, grill guard, and more!

Fully standing 17'!

It's been a whole bunch of years, but the big guy finally stood, all 2.5 tons of him.

I have been completely occupied as usual, but I will be back to updating projects and sharing new ones soon.

Sandblasting is next for this big guy.

I've got your feet content right here. Just the biggest, most lovely feet I have made so far.

Also, the base he stands on is 1600lbs alone.

Not a whole lot more updates to share until the 17' robot is fully standing!

A while ago, and I made doors for his shop! I have always wanted to share them, but I rarely stop in.

I made the frames and stainless push plates, he handled everything else. Check out

This one was crazy, and difficult, and got stuck in the concrete wall twice.

This is a water feature I fabricated for a friend of mine. Really difficult fabrication, really satisfying final product. The edge the water flows over is 1/4" below the rest of the form.

did the powdercoat to finish this thing up.
