My goodies are GLUTEN, GRAIN, WHEAT, FLOUR AND DAIRY FREE! If I chose to sweeten my goodies I only use NATURAL SWEETNERS like RAW HONEY & AGAVE NECTAR! I make homemade PALEO goodies like Perfect Primal bars, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Fruit and Nut Scones, Primal Truffles, Peppered Crackers, Paleo Cupcakes etc. I also cater events, private dinners or parties around the Denver area which consists of Paleo meals and desserts!
