Lots of reps went down this past Saturday at Armbrust Pro Gym Posing Class. Smaller classes mean more focused one-on-one coaching and that’s where real progress happens.

The competitive season runs through December, with NATIONALS and the NPC CHRISTMAS CLASSIC ending the season still ahead. Keep showing up, refining your presentation, and taking advantage of every opportunity to practice.

A special shoutout to this beautiful soul, Lauren Lacey, who generously donated her stunning competition bikini, heels, and jewelry and asked me to find them a good home.

Each piece is now going to an NPC athlete who will get to shine in it as she pursues her own stage dreams.

This is what our community is about—giving back, lifting one another up, and helping others chase what they’re working so hard for. Thank you, Lauren, for your beautiful heart.
