Celebrating with my favorite aesthetician, for closing on her new home today! It was an honor to work with Michelle, and we had a lot of fun looking, to find the right place for her.

It has been such a joy to work with my nephew, Zachary, and his beautiful wife, Jessie! They moved here all the way from VA. We closed on their new home today.
Welcome to CO, Zach and Jessie!!

Closed yesterday with this lovely lady, who moved to CO more than a year ago. It has been a pleasure to get to know Ashley and work with her. And we are both glad that closing wasn’t today! ❄️

One fun fact about Denver is that it is home to the Great American Beer Festival, the American Brewing industry's top beer tasting opportunity and competition. This past weekend, my friend (and currently working on trying to find a house for he and his wife) Chris Kirk, who is the head brewer and co-owner of BANDED OAK won the gold medal! He won in the category for "barrel aged beer" for his "Ye Olde Ale. An ale style beer aged in Colorado single malt whiskey barrels with whole bean Madagascar vanilla. YUM! Congratulations to Chris!

Congratulations to these three, who I have totally enjoyed working with and got to help them buy their “forever home”!
Excited for them, as it’s the perfect setup for their family!
