Hi-Tech Carpet Services

I impressed myself today! I did not expect to be able to remove this paint spill in the common area of a hallway in a building I clean every year. It was spilled over a month ago so very well cured. Also the contractor tried to scrub it out. This almost always makes things harder for me to fix. Lots of effort went into this but I’m so happy that I was able to get it looking this good. Almost like it never happened. The residents were telling me how badly it was handled and were talking about replacing the carpet because they hated having to look at it. This would have been a huge loss with the building having 3 wings over 200 feet long by about 6 feet wide on each floor. Win of the day. This was on the seventh floor also which doesn’t make the situation any easier to say the least

Can you see where I left off? lol. This room honestly didn’t look anywhere near as soiled as it was but a steam cleaning revival shows that all it needed was a good cleaning. You usually can’t really tell as much if you don’t see the line of transformation but here you have it…unfiltered just soil removal

Another rental carpet saved!

SAVE of the day! Wool stair runner with a lot of blood! This stands as a solid testament to the real protection that Green Guard carpet protector provides along with a good cleaning periodically! This was cleaned AND protected last March.

A major project is currently in progress today and tomorrow. The removal of the stubborn paw prints from the entry rug was a welcome sight for the residents, given that this area serves as the entry point for 80 homes and was a prominent eyesore.
