What a relaxing way to spend a Saturday afternoon! 🧘‍♀️✨

Today’s Stroll Crestview resident event at Joy Lab Fitness Studio was a first Sound Bath experience for everyone who attended—and I think it’s safe to say we were all pleasantly surprised by just how relaxing it was! 💆‍♀️🎶

It was such a unique experience to slow down, unplug and simply enjoy the peaceful sounds and vibrations. We all left feeling a little lighter and a whole lot more relaxed. ❤️

Thank you to Joy Lab Fitness Studio for hosting us and to everyone who came out and tried something new with us! I love being able to bring our neighbors together for experiences like this. 🥰

While out and about today, there was a random run-in with Kathi, from our featured family on the cover of this month’s Stroll Crestview! 📖✨

It’s always fun seeing the faces from the pages of Stroll Crestview out in the community. After all, that’s what this magazine is all about—neighbors, connections, and the wonderful people who make Crestview such a special place to call home.

And of course, when you randomly run into the cover star, you have to get a picture! 📸❤️
