Mike had spent 30 years at Bombaidier/Learjet in various functions from working hands on with the aircraft to upper management positions. Stephen had come from a small business background. He spent 10 years at FMI, Inc. in Wichita Kansas. He held various positions from CNC operator to large assembly program manager. Together, their small and large business experience blends the best of both worlds to accommodate all types of customer's needs.
