Wichita TEC

**Important announcement from Wichita TEC**

Good afternoon, all –

Wanted to get a note out to the community to let you know of a recent change. David Walker has retired from his position at the Diocese of Wichita a few weeks ago, and has also retired from his responsibilities within the Wichita TEC Program. Knowing David, he wouldn’t want a big to-do, but we’d be remiss to not to state just how grateful we are for all he’s done. David attended his first TEC retreat – TEC 81 – in March of 2000, and has been on 30 TEC retreats. In addition to that, David began work for the Diocese 21 years ago and has served as the steward of the TEC program in Wichita for much of that time.

Whether you know David personally or not, he has played a huge part in the success, logistics, details, and spirituality of TEC for a very long time. Thank you, David, for all you’ve done for the Wichita TEC program and for believing that the chance for an encounter with Christ makes it all worthwhile.

Going forward, TEC Core will continue to steward the program and do all we can to ensure we continue to pursue the mission of TEC faithfully. If you need to get in touch with Core, I’d encourage you to reach out to any of us, or email [email protected].

As a reminder, the members of core team today are:
Alexis Schueller
Fr. Brian Nelson
Stacy Bennett
Ashley Carrillo
Kelli Seiwert
Meg Roth
Jesse Elpers

Thanks to you all for being a part of the framily and for all you do to help and participate in this family of faith.

TEC Encounter 2017: Make Me Your Instrument

Letting God In:
God is close, and his miracles are everywhere. He is with each of us on the road we must travel through life. He can work miracles for us every day if we merely recognize his presence and allow him to be part of our lives.
I pray that each of you has a blessed day as we all go out and Encounter Christ. Agape!

It's tomorrow!!
