If you know, you know. We're offering the Holstein Schnitzel as a limited-time special this week! We were able to get our hands on some delicious Spanish anchovies, and these tiny toppings pack a big flavor! Add a perfect sunny-side-up egg, Capers, our classic hand-breaded schnitzel, and a side of fries, and what we have here is a German classic that you have to try for yourself!

The Underberg train has pulled into the station! Perfect for after a good, hearty German meal, or try one in the Springtime in Germany: a lovely cocktail made with Reyka vodka, lemon, and of course, an Underberg!

Our “Not so German” German Chocolate Cake is making an appearance this week as our Baker’s Special! So make sure to stop in and get it before it’s gone as this is one of our most ordered cakes!!

Our first ever Kansas Steinholding State Championship is coming to Wichita and is being hosted by longtime Steinholding supporter Prost Urban Biergarten on October 24th! The best German food in town and lots of great German beers will be on display alongside the competitive prowess of Kansas’ finest Steinholders!
