Hello, Fall! 🍁
Autumn carries more gold in its pocket than all the other seasons.-Jim Bishop
*That gold is finding its way into the walls of Gallery 12, where artists are capturing the season in their own distinctive ways. Through color, texture, and imagination-each artwork offers a glimpse of nature’s fleeting beauty. A season painted by nature, interpreted by artists…
Stop by soon, and see these works and many more!

We are excited to welcome Christine Curry as a new member of gallery12.
Here, Christine introduces herself in her own words:

"Mother nature paints the picture-l frame it."
My work in photography is guided by a commitment to observation of light, refining skills, and respect for the natural world. As I continue developing my technical and artistic skills, I approach each subject with intention and humility, always recognizing the privilege of documenting wildlife and the nature that surrounds it.
I am drawn to wildlife and animal photography for its authenticity-unposed, unrehearsed, and unaffected by human narratives. Through careful study of light, composition, I aim to create images that reflect both the beauty and strength of each animal. Every photographic experience contributes to my growth, strengthening my understanding of timing, patience, and the evolving craft of visual storytelling.
While wildlife is my primary muse and focus, I enjoy floral, unique landscapes, and I am always finding new inspiration for photography subjects. I also draw inspiration from art. I enjoy painting, poetry, mixed-media, music, sculpture-each teaches me new ways to feel, to frame, and to express. Art reminds me that there are endless ways to tell a story, and endless paths to growth.
* Art is not what you see, but what you make others see. -Edgar Degas
