Another piece of mail arrived today! This one from the Wichita Art Museum LEAP program! They sent personalized mail to children who had asked questions or made comments in their letter. They also included art based on the child's comments, which was really thoughtful! Thanks to the Wichita Art Museum for participating and helping our kids learn about art and the mail system!

Today Dragonfly 1 got a response in the mail from the Wichita Public Library Evergreen Branch! One of the students really appreciated the unicorn book recommendations, and the class was excited to hear the Mario movies were available to borrow at the library!

Thank you to the Evergreen library for helping our class learn about the mail system!

It's that time of year again! Time for the Pumpkin Decorating Contest!
Drop off your pumpkin anytime between Oct 19-23!
🎃 Pumpkins must be real.
🎃 You can decorate your pumpkin with all the extra materials you want,
BUT
❌DO NOT carve or put holes in the pumpkins. We don't want them to rot.

The winners will be announced at the Family Event on Oct 29th,
and there will be prizes for the first and second place!🏆

Today Butterfly 2 got a reply from the Ronald McDonald House Wichita (RMHW) through the mail for our postal service unit!
RMHW was excited to receive notes and art from the children, and even hung some up for the families at the house to see!
Thank you so much to Ronald McDonald House Wichita for helping Butterfly 2 learn about the mail system.

TOP Northwest will be closed October 16th for teacher inservice!
