This room is coming along. Carpet, paint, trim, and the ceiling fan are in, with just a few more details left to finish.

Making progress, but not quite finished yet.

From excavation and foundation work to framing, exterior finishes, and the details still being completed, this home has come a long way. There’s still work ahead, but it’s exciting to see the project getting closer to the finish line.

The bathroom is starting to come together. Floor tile is going in, and the shower walls are being tiled as the interior work continues. Still a few steps to go, but it’s taking shape.

The foundation is beginning to take shape.

Concrete footings have been poured for this Larry Cook Construction project, and the vertical rebar is in place for the foundation work ahead. These footings create the structural base that will support the home and help transfer its weight into the ground.

The excavation is complete, and the team is laying out the footing forms for this new home. These forms establish the location and dimensions of the concrete footings that will support the foundation.

It is an early stage of construction, but it is an important one. Careful measurements and preparation now help keep the next phases of the project moving according to plan.

A new home takes shape one stage at a time.

The structure, roofing, windows, and early brickwork are now in place, giving a clearer look at the home’s exterior design. There is still plenty of work ahead, but each phase brings the finished project a little closer.

Before the foundation work begins, the site has to be cleared, graded, and prepared for construction. Our crew is getting this Wichita-area property ready for the next phase, creating the groundwork for everything that follows.
