📦 A Quick Note for Our New 3R E8/E9 Owners!

As our O Scale EMD E8/E9 locomotives begin arriving, we’d like to welcome everyone who may be experiencing a Sunset Models 3rd Rail locomotive for the first time!

Before placing your 3 Rail locomotive on the track, please take a few minutes to read the instruction manual. It covers setup, operation, and a few important items that will help you get the most out of your new model.

One important reminder: Before operating your locomotive, remove the 9 volt battery located under the rear roof hatch. The battery is installed for extended conventional operation purposes and needs to be removed before use with TMCC.
