Today marks Mary San Martin’s 28th anniversary as the Executive Director and founder of Tiyospaye Inc. and Higher Ground. On this day back in 1994, Mary started what would become Higher Ground’s Pueblo Path. This was the first culturally-competent, Spanish-speaking drug and alcohol addiction recovery program in the State of Kansas. It’s been a successful program to this very day!
