Lead Wichita

This is what it looks like when leaders invest in leaders. 👏

GLS Next Training was a 10/10 thanks to Team Lead Jarod Rucker and his team, Mike Ross, Eric Sanford, and Jay Di Minico.

Together, they equipped an incredible group of small group leaders who are preparing to lead across Wichita, creating spaces for connection, growth, and stronger leadership.

This is how we build networks of leaders working together for the good of our city.

Great work to everyone who said YES to leading! 🙌

Wichita doesn’t lack people who care.

What we need is more connection between them.

Lead Wichita brings leaders and communities together to learn, build relationships, and work toward something bigger than any one person or organization can accomplish alone.

Because Wichita is better when we lead together.

Whether you lead an organization, serve your neighborhood, volunteer your time, invest in the work, or simply want to see Wichita flourish, there’s a place for you in this story.

More growth. Better conversations. Deeper connections. Greater impact.

You might find all four around the same table.

That’s GLS NEXT, a year-round leadership experience where small groups learn together, have meaningful conversations, and put practical leadership ideas into action.

And you could be the one who brings that group together.

No Global Leadership Summit experience required. No need to have all the answers.

Just a willingness to bring people together and help them grow. We’ll give you the tools to do the rest.

Leadership doesn’t always look like promotion.

Sometimes it looks like all five of these, quietly, every day.

Which one hit close to home? Let us know below!

The Global Leadership Summit gave you the insight.

GLS Next helps you actually use it. Starting September, groups are launching all across Wichita and you’re invited to lead or join one!

We provide the content and training; you bring a few people ready to grow. The next step doesn’t have to be big. It just has to start.

The energy in that room didn’t have to end when the Summit did. 🌱

GLS next is where the conversations keep going in smaller groups having real reflection and a space to actually apply what you learned this year.

Because growth isn’t a two-day event. It’s a practice.

Groups start this fall! Tap the link in our bio to learn more.
