What if rejection isn't a stop sign? What if it's evidence you're making progress?
A "no" doesn't mean you're not capable. It means you're one step closer to the right "yes."
So the next time someone tells you no, don't take it personally. Take it as a sign you’re on the right track.

Welcome to The Work
So much of healing begins with becoming aware of our inner world.
Many of us spend years—sometimes decades—focused on the people around us. We become experts in their behaviors, their moods, their expectations, and how they affect us. That awareness matters. Understanding our story and our relationships is an important part of healing.
But it isn’t the destination.
If we want lasting change, eventually we have to turn our attention inward.

New Offering at The Rising Sol~
Meditation for Overthinkers
Think you’re “bad at meditation” because you can’t turn your brain off?
Good. You’re exactly who this is for.
Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind, sitting cross-legged on the floor, or somehow becoming a perfectly calm person. **It’s a practice of learning to notice what’s happening inside of you without immediately being pulled around by it.**
In this class, we’ll explore meditation as a practical tool for **emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and greater connection with yourself.** You’ll learn how to notice thoughts, emotions, sensations, and patterns with more curiosity and less judgment.
And no—you do **not** have to sit on the floor with your legs crossed. 😂
Sit in a chair. Lie down. Move if you need to. Find what works for your body.
This is a **judgment-free space** for beginners, overthinkers, restless minds, experienced meditators, and anyone who has ever thought, *“I just can’t meditate.”*
You don't need to know how to meditate before you come.
You just need to be willing to slow down, get curious, and spend a little time noticing what’s happening within you.
**Come as you are. No experience required. No perfect posture required. No empty mind required.**
Space is limited in this group setting.

Narcissists can’t stand to not have the attention on them.
09/06/2026
Lots of moving pieces are coming together to manifest a vision I have had for a long time! I am so excited to see what God is going to do through these spaces.
I have space immediately available with flexible leasing options. If you are interested in working in an aligned environment and a beautiful location, I’d love to hear from you. There’s lots of natural light, tall ceilings, large windows, spacious offices, quiet spaces, and attention to detail to be found here.
To my clients past, present, and future, you are the reason I do this work. Thank you for your patience through yet another transition for my practice. I’m amazed at the stories you share with me and the trust you place in me to handle them with care.
See you at the new space, soon!

Narcissists aren’t always overt. They are really good actors and blend in sneakily, manipulating in whatever way they can to protect their ego.

A great little tool I’ve been using and recommending lately… the We Feel app.
Set a few check-ins throughout your day and take a minute or two to notice:
What am I feeling?
Where do I feel it in my body?
What’s happening around me?
The app helps you track emotions, body sensations, and triggers—and over time, you may start noticing patterns you didn’t even realize were there.
It only takes a minute or two, but it can give you both language and awareness for what’s happening inside of you.
Try it for a week and see what you notice. Try it longer and see what patterns you notice.
