Best Body Shop

The We Work For You Podcast was never created just so we could have a podcast.

It came from the same heart behind everything we do at Best Body Shop… the consumer deserves to know what’s happening with their vehicle.

Most people will only go through the collision repair process a handful of times in their life. You shouldn’t have to be an expert to know whether your vehicle is being repaired safely, whether the right parts and procedures are being used, or who is actually making the decisions throughout your repair.

That’s why we started We Work For You.

We want to pull back the curtain on the collision industry, have conversations most shops aren’t having, and give consumers the knowledge to ask better questions and advocate for themselves.

Because at the end of the day, our heart has always been the same…

We work for YOU.

🎙️ And we just recorded a brand new episode yesterday!

If you haven’t listened or watched yet, go find We Work For You Podcast on YouTube or Spotify and catch up before the next episode drops. 👀

Would you wear this if we made it a t-shirt? 👀

To us, it’s more than a phrase. It’s the reason we do things the way we do.

A collision repair isn’t just about making your vehicle look like it did before the accident. It’s about restoring it the right way, following the proper repair procedures, and protecting the people who will be sitting inside it when it goes back on the road.

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just repairing cars. We’re protecting people.

That’s what Repaired Right. Repaired to Protect. means to us.

Now the question is… would you wear it? 🤷‍♂️

Every detail matters.

The masking. The prep. The edges nobody thinks twice about.

Kyle takes his time because the quality of the finished repair depends on what happens long before the paint goes on.

Do it right at every step.

That’s the Best Body Shop standard.

If you’ve been in an accident, you are not just a claim number. It’s your vehicle, your safety, your policy, and ultimately, your repair.

You deserve to understand what’s happening. You deserve honest answers. You deserve to know what your options are. And you deserve a shop that will take the time to educate you instead of expecting you to simply go along with the process.

And to the shops trying to do this the right way… keep educating your customers.

Give them the documentation. Explain the repair. Help them understand their policy and the questions they should be asking. Don’t make decisions for them. Give them the information they need to advocate for themselves.

We may not be able to change the entire collision industry.

But we can make sure the person standing in front of us doesn’t have to navigate it alone.

That’s what “We Work For You” means.
