Building leaders from the inside out. Structure. Mentorship. Purpose. A movement to help the next generation rise.
Jeran Trotter is a former Division I athlete, entrepreneur, and community leader whose life has come full circle. Raised by a father who quietly served as a trusted counselor in his neighborhood, Jeran learned early that leadership is about showing up for people who need you. After building multiple successful businesses, he felt called to give back—to help young people rediscover purpose, accountability, and confidence through mentorship and structure. His newest initiative, Next Level, combines sports, leadership, and life coaching to help kids develop character, discipline, and direction both on and off the field.

🏀🏆 So proud of our Next Level Ladies!
In our first-ever MAYB Nationals, these girls played up an entire age division and still fought their way to a 3rd Place finish. Just one game away from the championship!
I love this group’s heart, toughness, and how hard they play for one another. This is only the beginning.

This wasn’t just a win—it was a statement. Our players showed toughness, discipline, heart, and never backed down from the challenge.

🧠💜NEXT LEVEL ATHLETES | MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS 🖤🧠
This story is heartbreaking.
The recent news surrounding NFL player Marshawn Kneeland serves as another reminder that mental health and brain health matter. Too often, the strongest people suffer in silence.
At Next Level Athletes, we believe success isn’t just about becoming a better athlete—it’s about becoming a healthier person mentally, emotionally, and physically.
To every young athlete, parent, coach, and mentor:
* Check on your teammates.
* Listen without judgment.
* It’s okay to ask for help.
* Strength isn’t hiding your pain—it’s having the courage to speak up.
No game, championship, or trophy is more important than a life.
Let’s create an environment where our youth know they are loved, supported, and never alone. One conversation could save a life.
If you or someone you know is struggling, don’t wait. Reach out to a trusted family member, coach, friend, counselor, or mental health professional.

🥎 Lady Next Level Athletes wrapped up an outstanding season last week!
For many of these girls, it was their first year of coach pitch, and they exceeded every expectation. A huge shoutout to our coaches for doing a phenomenal job developing these young athletes all season.
The growth we witnessed went far beyond the softball diamond. We saw leadership, mental toughness, confidence, teamwork, and life values being built every step of the way.
This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes this fall. The future is bright! 💜🖤

As the baseball season comes to a close, we couldn’t be more proud of our Next Level Athletes. ⚾️💜
This team grew tremendously both on and off the field. They faced adversity, stayed together, kept working, and never stopped believing in each other. The wins were great, but the growth, resilience, and character they built along the way mean even more.
A huge thank you to our coaching staff, who did a fabulous job all season. Your leadership, dedication, patience, and commitment made a lasting impact on these young athletes, and we appreciate everything you poured into this team.
Next Level Athletes has been a blessing for so many of these youth, and we’re just getting started. The future is bright, and this is only the beginning.
Thank you to all of our players, coaches, parents, and supporters for an incredible season. On to the next level! 💪🏽⚾️
