Introducing the NEW Miracle League of Wichita Basketball League! Athletes of all abilities can build skills, make friends and experience the joy of basketball in a supportive, inclusive environment. 💙

With smaller basketballs, lowered goals, reduced court sizes and modified gameplay, every athlete has the opportunity to learn, grow and feel successful!

⭐ One practice day and four game days
⭐ Youth (5–12), teen (13–17), adult (18–25) and wheelchair divisions
⭐ Encouragement, teamwork and fun at every game!

Intro to Tennis Clinic (Adult) - best class for beginners! This class is perfect for individuals with very little or no experience playing tennis. Students will be introduced to the basics strokes, scoring and tennis vocabulary. This is a great introductory clinic to get started in the sport. Equipment is provided.

One individual making a huge impact in USTA Kansas is Frank Reyes, tennis manager and head tennis professional at Ralph Wulz Riverside Tennis Center in Wichita. Reyes is also the boys’ and girls’ tennis head coach at Maize South High School.

🎾 Up & Down the River Doubles – Play fast-paced, 25-minute rounds where winners move up, teams rotate and you get a new partner each round.

🎾 Triples Tennis – Three players. One team. A whole new way to experience the game! We’ll give you a quick rundown of the rules before you jump into the action.

🥤 Post-Match Social – Stick around after play to relax, enjoy refreshments and swap match highlights with your fellow players.

Sign up today for Junior Group Lessons at Riverside Tennis Center! Looking to get your child started in tennis or help them take their game to the next level? Our Junior Group Lessons offer something for every age and skill level.

Beginner I (ages 8-12)
This level is designed for students having little to no experience playing tennis. Focus on proper technique, stroke production and learning the rules of tennis. However, competition games are played throughout the session to encourage fun while learning. Low compression tennis balls are used and players grouped by ability to increase rallying abilities and success.

Beginner II (ages 12-16)
This level is designed for older students having little to no experience playing tennis. Get prepared for school tennis with this fast paced, basic skills class. Scoring and match play will be emphasized.

🎾 Sharpen Your Skills with Adult Open Tennis Drills! Take your game to the next level with sessions focused on technique and strategy. Improve your strokes, build smarter rallies and learn how to outmaneuver your opponent on the court.

Hit the courts for an exciting day of tennis, fun, and social play October 3 from 1 to 4pm! Party at the Net is the perfect way to meet new players, enjoy friendly competition, and experience a unique twist on the game. Whether you're a seasoned player or just getting started, there's something for everyone! Event staff will be available to pair up newcomers and answer any questions.

After the check-In & warm-up, get ready for the Up & Down the River Doubles, which is a fast-paced, rotating doubles play for all skill levels! Courts are ranked from top to bottom. After each round of 25-minute matches, winners will move up a court and losing teams move down. Partners split and get paired with a new teammate each round and play continues until the final round.

Then, experience the excitement of Triples Tennis Play. A quick demo will introduce the rules of this three-player team format, then just jump in and play.
