This custom Fitting Assembly Cell combines five flexible feeders, four coordinated robots, precision torque controlled assembly, and an 8 station indexing dial to automate the assembly of multiple fitting sizes within a compact production cell.

Here's a look behind the scenes as the system comes together. We'll be sharing more updates and the finished automation once it's ready for production.

We're putting the finishing touches on this fully automated weldment inspection cell, designed to streamline the inspection, handling, and repalletizing of welded tube steel posts through advanced robotics, 3D vision, and precision metrology. From automated depalletizing to complete 3D quality verification and intelligent repalletizing, every aspect of the system is engineered to improve throughput, consistency, and traceability while reducing manual handling.

These photos offer a behind the scenes look at the build process. We'll be sharing the completed system in action next week, so stay tuned.
