Be Restored Church

✨What do you do when you know God said go—but everything around you looks like a reason to stop?

You prayed.
You moved.
You believed you heard clearly.

Then things started looking completely opposite of what you expected.

And now the question is:

Did I really hear God correctly?

🎙️In S3 EP8 of Carnela Speaks: Faith. Leadership. Purpose., we are talking about what happens when faith, obedience, and uncertainty collide.

This one is for the leader, entrepreneur, executive, visionary, or ministry builder who is trying to keep moving without having all the answers.

CarnelaSpeaks Podcast FaithInMotion

What if the next season of your life starts with a pause—not a push? 🙌

Sometimes you’re not quitting.

You’re shifting.

This week on Carnela Speaks: Faith. Leadership. Purpose., I sit down with Tracy “Mac” McNeil—a three-time bestselling, award-winning author, relationship coach, pastor, chaplain, and founder of Peace Place LLC, where her work centers on healing, relationships, spiritual growth, and helping people move forward with greater wholeness.

We talk about faith, leadership, transition, healing, and the courage to move differently when a season changes.

We also take a deeper dive into Tracy’s newest novel, Brown Sugar Beach—why this book is different from her previous work and what it means to keep creating without allowing the expectations of others to hinder what you have been called to do.

One thought stayed with me:

Peace is not passive. It’s a decision.

If you’ve been wrestling with whether to hold on, let go, pause, or shift, I want to invite you into this conversation.

You may hear something that helps you see your current season differently.

✨What are you chasing—and what is it costing you?

We all want growth. But not everything that looks like growth is aligned with your purpose—and not every opportunity is your opportunity.

This week on Carnela Speaks: Faith. Leadership. Purpose., I sit down with Mia Frankl for a powerful conversation about faith, entrepreneurship, growth, capacity, and what it takes to build something you can actually sustain.

And we go there:

What counterfeits are you chasing—and at what cost?

Sometimes we’re asking, “Can I have it?” when the better question may be:

“What will it cost me to keep chasing it?”

✨You prayed for growth. But did you expect it to cost you what used to fit?

Growth can be lonely.

Relationships shift. Leadership stretches you. And what once worked—in life, business, or ministry—can suddenly feel different.

So how do you know whether God is stretching you… or showing you that you’ve outgrown something?

🎙️ S3 EP5 | The Stretch Before the Growth: When What Used to Fit No Longer Does

In this solo reflection, we’re talking about the intersection of faith, leadership, business, and transition—and the discernment required when something is shifting, but you’re not quite sure what it means yet.

If you’re leading, building, or standing somewhere between what was and what’s next, this episode will challenge you to look differently at the stretch—and ask better questions about your next move.

What if the reset wasn’t meant to stop you—but to reveal you?

A layoff. A transition. A season of stretching. And a series of yeses that changed everything.

This week on Carnela Speaks: Faith. Leadership. Purpose., Carnela sits down with Krystal Bracy for a powerful conversation about what happens when life forces a reset—and God uses surrender, obedience, and unexpected transitions to reveal what’s next.

From career disruption to nonprofit leadership, ordination, and ministry across nations, Krystal shares how the process prepared her for purpose—including how she has shifted the narrative for women in the pulpit.

Maybe the pause wasn’t punishment.
Maybe the process wasn’t wasted.
Maybe the reset is revealing your purpose.
