From hoops and thread tension to cap frames, maintenance and finishing, every piece of the embroidery process plays a part in getting that final design just right.

THE HOOPS
These keep the fabric secure and properly positioned while the machine stitches. Good hooping = a cleaner, more precise design.
THE MAINTENANCE
Not glamorous, but VERY important. Proper lubrication and regular maintenance keep all those moving parts running smoothly.
THE CONTROL CENTER
This is where the operator controls the embroidery job — from the design and needle settings to speed, stitch count and more.
THE TENSIONERS
These help control how tightly the thread feeds through the machine. The right tension is a big part of getting clean, consistent stitches.
THE THREAD PATH
Every color has its own path through the machine before reaching the needle. Lots of little steps happen before a single stitch hits your shirt.
THE CAP FRAMES
Hats need their own setup! These pieces help secure and position caps so the machine can embroider on a curved surface.
THE FINISHING TOUCH ✂️
